Avtokat F-40 - general purpose semisynthetic coolant |

Avtokat F-40 is a high quality cutting fluid for use with both ferrous
and non-ferrous metals. It is manufactured from mineral oils , amidoborates , effective emulsifiers and fortified with a special additive
package for trouble-free performance.
Avtokat F-40 is a universal water soluble concentrate which is suitable
for the entire range of general purpose machining and grinding.
APPLICATION
Water microemulsions of Avtokat F-40 exhibit excellent lubricity and long
term stability. Superior surface wetting provides maximum cooling and chip
removal. Parts, produced with Avtokat F-40 are protected from rust and
corrosion by a thin residual film. It also contains anti-microbial additives to
protect against bacterial growth.
Avtokat F-40 is equally recommended for large central systems as well as for
individual sumps.
Recommended concentration ratios are:
- General Grinding: 2% to 3%
- Machining Operations: 3% to 5%
